A very great book indeed especially to us fathers to play active roles in our children's lives . When we fail we need to own up & be apologetic & mean it to make amends.
The book is well written and easy to ready, if I didn't have anything else to do, I could have finished it in a couple of hours but also finished a box of tissues at the same time - that's how painful it is. We hear & see most of these issues in our society today but I don't think we understand what the victims are going through hence we never know how to help them. What you did is, you took the everyday stories we hear people talk about & brought it in front of our faces & into our hearts and forced us to listen and feel. This is why I believe this book is meant to be a conversation initiator and a driver. It's powerful!
WHAT A BOOK!! Yoh
The book is good, really good, more so because it is what some of us are literally living through, I feel seen! Thank you for this and I hope I somewhat find healing in it.
